PARTICIPANTS: It is very important you read through the documents on this page thoroughly. We recommend printing them out and highlighting information specifically applicable to you. All information you need to know is in the documents below. Additional questions can be sent to the Director.
Scientific Review Committee Forms
Important: SRC forms must be completed for projects involving invertebrate or vertebrate animals, human subjects, recombinant DNA, tissue, pathogenic agents, or controlled substances.
SRC forms must be received by March 1st
SRC forms should be completed BEFORE experimentation begins and kept until registering for ISEF. The Scientific Review Committee will notify you if any changes need to be made. GGSF uses the International Science and Engineering Fair’s SRC forms.
